Novi yang memiliki nama panggung Twister Angel, diberhentikan alias dipecat dari guru di SD IT Mutiara Hati, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah.
Terkait hal ini, Kepala Sekolah SD IT Mutiara Hati, Eti Endarwati, coba meluruskan.
Menurut Endarwati, pemberhentian tersebut terjadi pada 6 Februari 2025, jauh sebelum lagu Bayar Bayar Bayar viral, dan permintaan maaf yang diunggah melalui akun Instagram Sukatani Band.
Endarwati menekankan bahwa sebagai institusi swasta, pihaknya memiliki kode etik yang harus dipatuhi oleh seluruh guru.
Salah satu pelanggaran kode etik yang paling mendasar adalah terbukanya aurat Novi yang ditemukan di media sosial.
Novi Citra Indriyati mulai mengajar di SD IT Mutiara Hati pada tahun 2022 setelah melamar sebagai guru pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021.
Sebelumnya, ia menjabat sebagai wali kelas.
Pihak sekolah menegaskan bahwa mereka tidak melarang aspek musik yang ditekuni Novi, namun ada nilai-nilai yang harus dipatuhi oleh seorang guru.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga (Dindikpora) Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Teguh Handoko mengatakan memang betul status Novi Citra Indriyati apabila dilihat dari Dapodik sudah non aktif.
Bahwa dalam sistem Dapodik, Novi Citra Indriyati dikatakannya sudah tidak aktif sejak 6 Februari 2025 yang lalu. (Tribun-Video.com)
