Nos novos episódios (5-8), Haru cresceu um pouco e está mais experiente. Juntamente com o seu parceiro Psyduck, recebe muitos novos Pokémon no resort, como Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine e Corphish. Os dias de Haru são alegres e descontraídos: rodeada de hóspedes, vai resolvendo os problemas que surgem. Um dia chega um homem chamado Kent (voz de Keita Machida na versão original), que parece ser o ex-namorado de Haru. Por que motivo terá vindo ao resort? O que acontecerá à relação dos dois? Chega também ao resort o tio de Tyler, Dan (voz de Kazuhiro Yamaji na versão original), juntamente com Sealeo, que o acompanha há 15 anos. Dan, que por vezes parece abatido, está a lidar com um problema...
