In einer 15-stündigen Marathon-Sitzung debattieren die Abgeordneten in erster Lesung über das Gesetz zur Sicherung des Rentenniveaus (12.20 Uhr) und die Einführung eines neuen Wehrdienstes (16.15 Uhr).Los geht's am Morgen (9 Uhr) aber mit der Regierungserklärung von Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz, der eigentlich nur zu außenpolitischen Themen sprechen wollte – den Krieg in der Ukraine, die Bedrohung durch Russland und die Lage im Nahen Osten. Die Frage ist, ob er die Gelegenheit nutzen wird, seine eigene Truppe zur Räson zu rufen.
