Dalam surat tersebut dibuat Hasyim karena tak kunjung memberi kepastian akan menikahi pengadu setelah memaksa berhubungan badan pada 3 Oktober 2023.
Adapun surat berisi janji-janji ke korban ditandatangani Hasyim di atas materai.
Hasyim berjanji akan mengurus balik nama apartemen menjadi atas nama korban.
Kemudian memberikan keperluan korban selama kunjungan di Indonesia termasuk tiket pesawat Belanda-Jakarta sejumlah Rp 30 juta setiap bulan serta memenuhi keperluan makan korban seminggu sekali.
Memberikan perlindungan nama baik dan kesehatan mental korban, tidak akan menikah dengan perempuan lain, serta memberi kabar minimal sehari sekali.
Haysim menyatakan apabila janji-janji tersebut tidak terpenuhi maka dia bersedia diberi sanksi moral berupa memperbaiki tindakan yang belum terpenuhi.
Selain itu membayar denda yang disepakati sebesar Rp 4 miliar, yang dibayar secara dicicil selama 4 tahun.
