Dua sosok perampok tersebut berinisial A dan E.
Kasubdit III Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Jatim AKBP Arbaridi Jumhur mengatakan kedua pelaku itu merupakan warga Magelang, Jawa Tengah.
Pelaku berinisial A bertugas sebagai sopir mobil saat dibekuk polisi sebelum ditembak mati.
Sedangkan pelaku berinisial E duduk di bangku samping A.
Selain dua pelaku yang tewas, terdapat dua pelaku lain yang ikut dalam komplotan perampokan itu.
Satu pelaku berinisial R berhasil ditangkap sedangkan pelaku lain berinisial J melarikan diri.
Berdasarkan penyelidikan polisi, pelaku R dan J juga merupakan warga Magelang, Jawa Tengah.
Kompoltan perampok itu merupakan spesialis minimarket dan gudang distributor rokok antar kota dan provinsi.
Adapun dua pelaku perampokan A dan E ditembak mati polisi karena melawan.
Mereka berusaha melarikan diri ketika hendak dibekuk polisi.
Sempat terjadi aksi kejar-kejaran antara polisi dan komplotan pelaku perampokan.
Mobil pelaku sempat menabrak mobil petugas kepolisian yang memotong laju kendaraannya.
Polisi kemudian memutuskan melakukan tindakan tegas dengan menembak pelaku karena dinilai membahayakan. (Tribun-Video.com/TribunJatim.com)
