ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ติดตามในฝนฟ้าอากาศกับคุณนภัสกรณ์โดยในวันพรุ่งนี้ กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาคาดการณ์ว่า ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ส่วนภาคอีสานตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก จะมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าว ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก
ขณะที่ หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรง บริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลาง มีแนวโน้มจะทวีกำลังแรงขึ้นเป็นพายุหมุนเขตร้อน และคาดว่าจะเคลื่อนเข้าใกล้ชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ในช่วงวันที่ 13-14 กันยายน ขอให้ประชาชนติดตามข่าวพยากรณ์อากาศอย่างต่อเนื่องในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย

ภาคเหนือ ฝนตก 40 % ของพื้นที่ ส่วนมากที่แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ ตาก และกำแพงเพชร
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 40 % ของพื้นที่ ต้องระวังฝนตกหนักที่ยโสธร มุกดาหาร อำนาจเจริญ สุรินทร์ ศรีสะเกษ และอุบลราชธานี
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 70 % ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ที่อุทัยธานี ชัยนาท พระนครศรีอยุธยา สุพรรณบุรี กาญจนบุรี ราชบุรี นครปฐม สมุทรสาคร และสมุทรสงคราม
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 70 % ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ทุกจังหวัด ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 70 % ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักที่เพชรบุรี สุราษฎร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง ยะลา นราธิวาส ภูเก็ต กระบี่ ตรัง และสตูล โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากที่ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร ระนอง และพังงา ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 70 % ของพื้นที่ มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง
