Primus berharap Purbaya bisa membereskan persoalan subsidi listrik hingga gas LPG.
Ia mengatakan subsidi tepat sasaran terkendala dengan sistem yang tidak canggih.
“Jadi kalau melihat pertumbuhan ekonomi, ya mau tidak mau kan, Pak itu kita wajib, negara itu pemerintah memberikan subsidi karena ada ketimpangan ya kan antara si kaya dengan si miskin, ini jaraknya terlalu jauh. Nah, ditambah lagi negara kita adalah kepulauan. Mendistribusikan itu juga tidak mudah. Ada kendala-kendala,” kata Primus
Kritikan itu langsung dijawab oleh Purbaya.
Menkeu berjanji akan mempercepat pembayaran lantaran ada uang nganggur di Bank Indonesia.
Dengan begitu, seharusnya sistem bekerja dengan cepat.
“Ke depan saya akan percepat, jangan sampai kita bayar telat bayar lagi. Kalau bisa sebulan langsung bayar. Kenapa? Karena uang saya juga nganggur di BI tuh. Kalau gitu kan masuk ke sistem cepat mestinya. Danantara harusnya lebih cerdas lagi kalau ketika mood saya seperti itu langsung dia ngehadap saya minta apa. minta apa. Ini kan enggak dia. menghadap Anda langsung kan, Bapak-Bapak, Ibu-Ibu,” kata Purbaya.
