Kejagung Ungkap Modus Tersangka di Kasus Korupsi Minyak Pertamina, Diduga Oplos RON 90 Jadi Pertamax
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan tujuh tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah tahun 20182023. Salah satu tersangkanya adalah Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan.Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Abdul Qohar, menyebut bahwa Riva Siahaan sengaja membeli minyak mentah RON 90, kemudian mengolah dan mencampurnya menjadi RON 92 atau setara Pertamax.
Selain itu, Kejaksaan Agung juga menemukan modus menaikkan biaya pengapalan secara tidak wajar dalam impor minyak mentah.
Sementara itu, Kapuspenkum Kejaksaan Agung, Harli Siregar, menyatakan bahwa kerugian negara dalam kasus ini diperkirakan lebih besar dari yang sudah diumumkan, yakni Rp193,7 triliun. Kerugian tersebut baru berdasarkan perhitungan tahun 2023 saja.
