TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Analis politik bernama Ahmad Khoirul Umam menilai bahwa PDI-P berpotensi melakukan bunuh diri politik jika mengusung Anies Baswedan sebagai calon gubernur Jakarta 2024-2029.Diketahui Anies merupakan rival utama Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) yang diusung PDIP pada Pilkada 2017.
Usai Ahok kalah dari Anies, PDIP kemudian rutin mengkritik selaku oposisi Anies.
Umam menyoroti adanya jurang perbedaan ideologis yang cukup dalam antara PDIP dengan citra yang dilekatkan kepada Anies usai Pilkada 2017 itu.
Diketahui sebelumnya DPP PDIP resmi mengajukan nama Anies Baswedan sebagai salah satu dari nama-nama yang diusulkan maju Pilkada Jakarta 2024.
Wakil Sekjen PDIP, Utut Adianto bahkan telah menyanjung Anies dan memuji nasionalisme eks Gubernur DKI Jakarta itu.(Tribun-Video.Com)
