Ormas Kelola Tambang Menteri KLHK Bilang Begini
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, Siti Nurbaya Bakar angkat bicara soal polemik peraturan pemerintah tentang izin kegiatan usaha pertambangan mineral dan batubara. Menurut Siti Nurbaya, dalam aturan tersebut pengelolaan izin tambang dan batubara tidak harus dilakukan oleh organisasi keagamaan.Hal tersebut disampaikan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, Siti Nurbaya Bakar saat ditemui di Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, pada Minggu ( 2/6/2024) sore. Siti bilang,aturan terkait dengan izin pengelolaan izin tambang oleh organisasi masyarakat ditujukan pada sayap bisnis ormas tersebut.
Siti juga membantah, adanya anggapan bahwa aturan tersebut memberikan privilege atau hak istimewa bagi organisasi keagamaan. Meski termuat di dalam peraturan pemerintah tentang izin pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha pertambantan mineral dan batubara, namun hak pengelolaan tersebut tidak harus dilakukan oleh organisasi keagamaan.
