In der rheinland-pfälzischen Staatskanzlei ist die Zahl der Mitarbeiter in den letzten vier Jahren deutlich gestiegen. Um rund 20 Prozent wurde das Personal aufgestockt. Und ein Großteil der neuen Stellen sind Beamtenstellen. Auch im Integrationsministerium gab es im gleichen Zeitraum 30 Prozent neue Stellen. Wofür benötigt die Landesregierung die zahlreichen neuen Mitarbeiter? Wird hier ein Apparat unnötig aufgebläht? Die Landesregierung verweist auf den umkämpften, knappen Fachkräftemarkt. Da müsse man die Sicherheit einer Beamtenstelle anbieten, um Personal zu gewinnen.
