JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mahkamah Agung menggelar sidang paripurna pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah jabatan yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Mahkamah Agung, Sunarto, di Gedung Mahkamah Agung, Jakarta.Sebanyak 16 Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatannya, antara lain Herri Swantoro sebagai Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Yogyakarta, Nugroho Setiadji sebagai Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Jakarta, Herdi Agusten sebagai Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Palembang, Ifa Sudewi sebagai Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Jambi, Suwidya sebagai Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Kalimantan Timur, serta Roki Panjaitan sebagai Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Tanjungkarang.
Dalam sambutannya, Ketua MA Sunarto menekankan pentingnya integritas dan sinergi dalam menjalankan roda organisasi peradilan.
Guru besar Universitas Airlangga itu juga mengingatkan para Ketua Pengadilan Tingkat Banding agar tidak melakukan perbuatan tercela dan menghindari pelayanan bersifat transaksional yang dapat mencederai marwah peradilan di mata masyarakat.
