윤기 좔좔~ 차돌짜장면과 바삭한 군만두 먹방🤤Jajangmyeon & Fried Dumplings Mukbang ASMR
안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 집에서 간단하게 밀키트 짜장면을 활용해서
차돌짜장면으로 만들어 먹어봤어요!🍜
차돌박이를 먼저 구워 기름을 낸 뒤
대파까지 같이 볶아서 파향을 더해줬는데
고소한 차돌 기름 향이랑 은은한 파향이 섞이니까 풍미가 훨씬 진해지더라구요🤤
주방에서부터 중국집 느낌 나는 냄새가 확 퍼져서
만드는 순간부터 너무 기대됐어요!!
이번에 먹은 짜장면은 밀키트 제품인데도 생각보다 퀄리티가 괜찮았어요
야채들도 미리 잘 볶아져 있어서
양파 단맛이랑 춘장의 진한 감칠맛이 자연스럽게 올라오더라구요☺️
소스도 엄청 꾸덕하고 진한 스타일이라 면에 착 감기는 느낌도 굿!!
차돌박이랑 같이 먹으니까 훨씬 더 고소하고 진한 풍미가 올라오고
차돌에서 나온 육즙이 짜장소스랑 섞이는데
느끼하면서도 깊은 맛이 계속 입안에 남아서 진짜 중독성 있었어요🤤
그리고 같이 준비한 군만두는 김치만두였는데
이게 진짜 조합이 너무 좋았어요🥟🔥
살짝 매콤한 김치맛이 짜장면의 느끼함을 딱 잡아줘서
계속 번갈아 먹게 되더라구요!
겉은 바삭하고 안은 촉촉했는데
씹을 때마다 김치의 칼칼한 맛이 올라와서
차돌짜장면이랑 진짜 잘 어울렸어요!
역시 짜장면에는 군만두 조합은 절대 실패가 없는 것 같습니다☺️
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
아!! 그리고 요리 과정 촬영할 때 마이크 이슈가 생겨서
조리 소리가 제대로 녹음되지 않았더라구요😭
편집하면서 알게 돼서 너무 아쉬웠는데
다음 영상에서는 더 꼼꼼하게 체크해서 좋은 영상으로 가져와볼게요🙏
