Kasus terungkap berdasarkan laporan dugaan peretasan data nasabah salah satu bank.
Dari video yang diterima Tribunnews.com, terlihat petugas mendatangi WFT di sebuah rumah di Desa Totolan, Kecamatan Kakas Barat, Kebupaten Minahasa pada Selasa (23/9/2025).
Pria tersebut tampak mengenakan kaus hitam dengan celana pendek.
Terlihat juga ada dua orang wanita di sampingnya.
WFT tampak celingukan tak berkutik saat didatangi petugas kepolisian.
Polisi lalu menanyakan sejumlah pertanyaan kepada pria tersebut.
Kasubdit IV Ditres Siber Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Herman Edco Wijaya Simbolon mengatakan kasus bermula dari laporan pihak bank pada 5 Februari 2025 yang lalu.
Dalam laporannya, disebutkan bahwa ada akun X dengan username @bjorkanesiaaa mengaku telah meretas 4,9 juta data nasabah.
Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, polisi mendapatkan fakta lain terkait sosok 'Bjorka' WFT tersebut.
Pelaku ternyata sudah berselancar di dark web sejak 2020.
WFT juga sempat beberapa kali mengubah username miliknya menjadi SkyWave, ShinyHunter, hingga terakhir Opposite6890.
Kini, pelaku telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dijerat sejumlah pasal dengan ancaman pidana maksimal 12 tahun penjara.
