Kakak Vina, Marliana mengatakan barang bukti penting berupa CCTV tidak pernah ditunjukan.
Padahal polisi kerap menyebutkan barang bukti itu berkali-kali.
Hal itu disampaikan kakak kandung Vina pada Kamis (11/7).
Marliana mengatakan selama persidangan kasus Vina, bukti CCTV tak pernah dibuka.
Namun bukti tersebut hanya disebutkan dalam sidang.
Hal itu membuat Marliana merasa ada kejanggalan dalam penanganan kasus pembunuhan adiknya.
Marliana menuntut agar penyidik Polda Jabar segera memperlihatkan bukti CCTV tersebut.
"Kalau CCTV memang dari awal belum ditunjukkan ya, cuma memang disebutkan barang bukti CCTV tapi tidak pernah diperlihatkan isinya," ujar Marliana, Kamis (11/7/2024).
Ia juga menyinggung ayah Eky Iptu Rudiana yang tidak pernah memberikan informasi terkait CCTV itu.
Menurut Marliana, Iptu Rudiana hanya menceritakan kronologi kejadian berdasarkan informasi dari teman-temannya.
"Pak Rudiana juga gak pernah cerita soal CCTV, beliau cuma cerita terkait kronologi saja seperti mereka digiring sama empat motor yang saya tahu cerita dari Rudiana dan teman-temannya," ucapnya. (Tribun-Video.com/TribunJabar.id)
