BANDUNG, Kompas.TV Sebelumnya, Tim Kuasa Hukum Pegi menilai polisi tak punya alat bukti kuat atas penetapan Pegi sebagai tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky.Tim Kuasa Hukum Pegi meminta hakim memulihkan nama baik Pegi dan keluarga dan membebaskan Pegi Setiawan.
Tim Hukum Polda Jawa Barat menolak dengan tegas permohonan Tim Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan dalam Sidang Praperadilan pada Senin (1/7) kemarin.
Menanggapi permohonan Pegi, Tim Hukum Polda Jawa Barat menyatakan siap menunjukkan alat bukti yang menguatkan Pegi Setiawan tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky di Cirebon.
Hal ini disampaikan Tim Hukum Polda Jawa Barat di PN Bandung pada hari ini (2/7).
