UKRAINE-KRIEG: Ruiniert Putin Russland endgültig? Kriegskasse wird mit hunderten Milliarden gefülltRussland stellt das Geschäft der deutschen Metro AG unter Zwangsverwaltung. Hat Russland Metro enteignet?
Noch nicht formal. Mit Putins Dekret vom 28.09.2026 wurde Metro Russland unter vorübergehende Zwangsverwaltung gestellt. Die Metro AG bleibt nach eigener Darstellung Eigentümerin, hat aber keine operative Kontrolle mehr. Die russische Tochter betreibt 91 Großmärkte und beschäftigt rund 9.000 Menschen.
Schickt Nordkorea weitere 10.000 Soldaten nach Russland?
Selenskyj erklärte unter Berufung auf neue ukrainische Geheimdienstinformationen, derzeit befänden sich mehr als 8.000 nordkoreanische Soldaten in Russland und weitere 10.000 würden für eine Entsendung vorbereitet. Die zusätzliche Truppenstärke ist damit eine ukrainische Geheimdienstangabe, keine unabhängig bestätigte Zahl.
Steigert Russland seine Militärausgaben weiter?
Ja. Haushaltsunterlagen zufolge sind für 2027 Verteidigungsausgaben von rund 17,1 Billionen Rubel beziehungsweise 202,6 Milliarden US-Dollar vorgesehen. Das wären etwa 27 % mehr als ursprünglich für 2026 budgetiert. Die im Beitrag genannten 155 Milliarden US-Dollar für 2026 weichen von den aktuell ausgewiesenen Budgetzahlen ab.
