Mario #Roggero, il gioielliere 72enne di Grinzane Cavour condannato in via definitiva dalla Cassazione a 14 anni e 9 mesi per l'omicidio di due dei tre rapinatori che assaltarono la sua attività nell'aprile 2021, si trova detenuto nel carcere di Bollate. Alla condanna penale si sono aggiunte le provvisionali civili, fissate in via definitiva a 780mila euro complessivi — di cui 300mila già versati dall'imprenditore — a fronte di richieste risarcitorie delle parti civili che superano i 3,3 milioni di euro. Nel frattempo la moglie ha formalizzato al Quirinale la richiesta di grazia, mentre la Lega ha lanciato una raccolta firme che ha superato le 120mila adesioni.
