PR-Panne im Kreml? Ein offenbar unbearbeitetes Video von Wladimir Putin sorgt für Spekulationen. Zum Internationalen Frauentag wollte der russische Präsident eine Botschaft an die Frauen des Landes senden. Doch in der Aufnahme klingt seine Stimme rau, er räuspert sich und spricht von einem „kratzigen Hals“. Laut der Online-Zeitung „The Moscow Times“ sei das Video später durch eine gekürzte Version ersetzt worden. Offiziell gibt es keine Angaben zum Gesundheitszustand Putins. Im Netz brodeln dennoch die Gerüchte.
