Kapolsek Pancoran Mas, AKP Hartono, mengatakan, pihaknya bergerak cepat menyelidiki kasus pencurian ini, dan berhasil mengamankan pelakunya yang berinisial ACR.
Dalam ungkap kasus yang digelar di Mapolsek Pancoran Mas pada Kamis (17/6/2025), Hartono mengatakan modus pelaku adalah mencari toko yang nampak sepi dan buka selama 24 jam penuh.
Pelaku pun mengincar toko laundry tempat korban bekerja, dan mendapati bahwa korban tengah tertidur pulas.
Sementara itu, HP miliknya berada persis di samping kepala. Mengendap-endap, pelaku pun berhasil menggasak HP tersebut tanpa diketahui korban.
Korban baru sadar HP miliknya hilang ketika terbangun dari tidur, dan langsung mengecek rekaman CCTV serta melaporkannya ke polisi.
