Visited the neighborhood barbershop in Tashkent, Uzbekistan! 🇺🇿I sat down with the talented local barber Marshall, known as Boss, for a simple shave. What followed was an incredible full service shave grooming session.
Marshall used a modern foil shaver and a traditional straight-razor cleanup for crisp lines, but he didn't stop there, he treated me to an amazing head, face, shoulder, and neck massage, delivering ultimate unintentional ASMR tingles.
Even though Marshall speaks some English and I only know a few words of Uzbek, we connected effortlessly through smiles and great energy.
After styling my hair to transform me into a handsome Uzbekistan man, the total cost came to 150,000 Uzbek Som. Fantastic value. Thank you to Marshall and the wonderfully warm people of Tashkent for such an unforgettable cultural experience!
