Così il vicepremier e ministro degli Esteri Antonio Tajani, a margine dell'evento organizzato a Bruxelles per i 90 anni del fondatore di Forza Italia. "Abbiamo ricordato soprattutto Berlusconi l'europeista, ma non soltanto: Berlusconi l'occidentale, perché considerava l'Europa indissolubilmente legata all'America", ha sottolineato Tajani. "Era l'Occidente della libertà, dove la persona è al centro, dove ogni uomo può realizzare i propri sogni e lo Stato è al servizio della persona".
