E’ stato un voto trionfale per il partito del presidente Vladimir Putin, Russia Unita, alle ultime legislative, il 20 settembre: 57,83 per cento dei consensi, che si traducono in 349 seggi su 450 alla Duma, la Camera bassa, e che assieme agli scranni conquistati dai partiti satellite garantiscono una maggioranza schiacciante, in grado di approvare ogni riforma, anche costituzionale. Il politico dissidente Boris Nadezhdin spiega, però, a Mappe che i dati vanno interpretati “alla russa”: non corrispondono alla realtà, sostiene, perché gli scrutatori si adeguano alle aspettative del Cremlino. In più, l’esclusione dell’unico partito pacifista, Jabloko, dato in crescita negli ultimi mesi, ha impedito di registrare il malcontento nei confronti della guerra in Ucraina, che secondo Nadezhdin, invece, occupa uno spazio sempre più largo in Russia.Che cosa resta dell’opposizione politica e culturale al dominio (da 27 anni) dello zar Valdimir Putin, allora? Rispondono l’inviato del Corriere Marco Imarisio, con un’analisi sconfortante sui politici in esilio, e il russista Damiano Rebecchini, che suggerisce di ascoltare la musica per sentire il suono della dissidenza.
