這一集，我從學鋼琴與經營自媒體的經驗出發，談談人生最容易掉進去的四個陷阱：不讀書卻愛思考、不獨立卻渴望自由、缺乏自律卻想要卓越，以及沒有執行力，卻期待得到成果。
我們並非不知道道理。很多時候，真正讓人停在原地的，是我們太想跳過中間那段還不熟練、看不到成果，也不知道自己做不做得到的過程。
能力決定我們現在可以做到什麼，信念則影響我們願不願意繼續。
真正的信念很少憑空出現。它來自一次次練習、行動與修正，也來自我們願意陪那個還不夠好的自己，再往前走一小步。
