Vonis Tom Lembong dibacakan hakim pada sidang vonis kasus dugaan korupsi impor gula di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (18/7/2025).
"Mengadili terdakwa Thomas Trikasih Lembong telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama sebagaimana dalam dakwaan primer."
"Dua, menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa Thomas Trikasih Lembong oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama empat tahun dan enam bulan," ungkap Hakim Ketua.
Tom Lembong juga dijatuhi pidana denda Rp 750 juta subsider 6 bulan penjara.
