Aksi ini berlangsung sekira pukul 14.00 WIB, dan diikuti oleh ratusan peserta yang mayoritasnya dari kalangan mahasiswa.
Dalam aksi ini, sejumlah orator bergantian naik ke atas mobil komando dan menyampaikan aspirasinya.
Tak jarang, kasus-kasus kekerasan yang melibatkan kepolisian seperti tewasnya 135 suporter di Stadion Kanjuruhan, kasus kematian Gama, dan kasus-kasus lainnya, disinggung oleh para orator ini.
Perwakilan masyarakat sipil, Daniel Winarta, mengatakan, fokus dari aksi ini adalah untuk mencegah kewenangan aparat dalam bertindak.
