Marco Rubio sacude a Europa con discurso histórico en Alemania

El secretario de Estado Marco Rubio ofreció un discurso contundente en Múnich, durante una cumbre clave de seguridad europea. En su intervención recordó los orígenes de la alianza atlántica, desde la Guerra Fría hasta la caída del Muro de Berlín, y llamó a Europa a asumir mayor responsabilidad en su defensa y en la protección de sus fronteras.

Rubio habló con firmeza pero con tono diplomático. Subrayó la importancia de fortalecer la OTAN, aumentar el gasto en defensa y enfrentar sin complejos temas como la migración masiva, la desindustrialización y la pérdida de soberanía energética. El mensaje fue claro: la alianza transatlántica debe renovarse o corre el riesgo de debilitarse.

El influencer y activista cubanoamericano Alex Otaola calificó el discurso como “presidencial” y destacó su impacto político. Para el presidente de la Fundación Cubana Anticomunista, la estrategia combinó firmeza estratégica con respeto institucional hacia los socios europeos.

Otaola también interpretó el mensaje como una señal de liderazgo dentro de la administración de Donald Trump, subrayando que el llamado no fue a la confrontación, sino a la corresponsabilidad y a la revitalización de Occidente como bloque cultural, económico y militar.
