Berdasarkan penelusuran di Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, sidang akan dimulai pada pukul 09.00 WIB di ruang Soebekti 2.
Gugatan perkara ini diajukan oleh seorang warga sipil bernama Subhan Palal.
Subhan menuntut Gibran membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp 125 triliun untuk disetorkan ke kas negara.
Adapun alasan Subhan menggugat Gibranlantaran riwayat pendidikan SMA-nya tidak sesuai dengan aturan di Indonesia.
