Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz 2025 pun langsung mendalami beredarnya video pesan terbuka itu.
Sementara itu, dalam sebuah video lain, Egianus Kogoya mengatakan dirinya tak pernah meminta uang tersebut.
Dalam pernyataannya, Egianus Kogoya menyebut bahwa uang Rp 5 miliar ini akan digunakan untuk acara bakar batu.
Kasatgas Humas Operasi Damai Cartenz (ODC), Yusuf Sutejo mengungkapkan pihaknya masih akan melakukan pendalaman.
Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan apakah orang di dalam video tersebut benar Egianus Kogoya atau bukan.
“Kita dalami dulu (apakah benar Egianus Kogoya), kita analisa dulu juga ya kaka (apakah video tersebut video baru atau bukan),” ujarnya pada Jumat malam.
Dalam narasi permintaan uang itu, Egianus meminta total Rp 5 Miliar pada John Tabo.
Panglima Kodap III Ndugama Derakma itu menyatakan bahwa acara tersebut akan digelar di kabupaten dan provinsi.
Dalam pernyatannya, Egianus Kogoya tak bisa mengirim surat atau telepon karena adanya banyak penipuan.
Sehingga Egianus Kogoya merekam dengan video.
“Kami hanya butuh uang Rp 5 miliar saja,” ungkapnya.
Belum diketahui kapan video ini dibuat tetapi, kini video tersebut telah beredar luas dan viral di sosial media.
