¿Patrulleros o informantes? El “escuadrón fantasma” que vigila barrios en Cuba

Alex Otaola analiza la aparición del llamado “Escuadrón Fantasma”, un grupo de jóvenes cubanos que patrullan las calles de sus barrios con el supuesto objetivo de combatir la delincuencia.

A primera vista, parecen ciudadanos organizados contra el crimen. Pero Otaola lanza una pregunta clave:
¿Por qué estos cubanos pueden agruparse, vestirse como militares, portar chalecos y vigilar barrios… pero no pueden hacer lo mismo para luchar contra la dictadura que los oprime?
