JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Anggota Komisi IX DPR/ Fraksi Partai Nasdem, Irma Suryani Chaniago mengatakan banyak sekali aduan masyarakat ke Komisi IX terkait kuota SPPG (Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi atau Dapur MBG) fiktif. Inilah yang harus dievaluasi."Contoh: di 1 kabupaten harusnya ada 30 SPPG, yang berdiri baru 2. Ketika ada masyarakat yang punya kapasitas, finansial, dapur bagus mau mendaftar, itu mental. Informasi yang disampaikan penuh. Nah ini yang harus dievaluasi. Sudah ada 5000 SPPG yang di-drop. Sudah approved, tapi tidak punya dapur. SPPG yang sudah berjalan, yang belum memenuhi syarat, harus dievaluasi," katanya.
Pengamat Kebijakan Publik, Yanuar Nugroho menanggapi perlu adanya kehati-hatian dalam menjalankan sebuah program prioritas nasional. Sebab jika tidak hati-hati, akan mudah sekali "terpeleset" menjadi proyek.
"Menurut saya sekarang sudah proyek. Sertifikasi kalau tidak hati-hati bisa menjadi proyek, bahkan pengadaan. Saya kira yang perlu kita lihat logika perburuan rente tidak pernah dibasmi betul-betul. Membuat kerangka, akuntabilitas, sehingga jelas penentuan menu, memasak, distribusinya. Keterbukaan ini yang sekarang belum terjadi," katanya.
