Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Trunoyudo menyebut, pihaknya belum bisa menjelaskan lebih lanjut soal dugaan penyiksaan terhadap Pegi.
Jenderal bintang satu ini juga enggan banyak bicara terkait perkara yang menjerat kuli bangunan tersebut.
"Ya tentu sejauh ini, itu yang bisa kami sampaikan ya, yang kami dapat jelaskan," kata Trunoyudo, dikutip dari Kompas.com, Kamis (11/7/2024).
Namun, ia memastikan Polri akan mempelajari putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung.
Dalam sidang, hakim menyatakan tindakan penyidik menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka adalah tidak sah.
Trunoyudo menyebut, salinan putusan itu juga telah diterima oleh Polda Jawa Barat.
Sebelumnya, Pegi mengaku sempat dipukul saat menjalani penahanan kasus Vina.
Tak hanya itu, ia juga menuturkan pernah dibekap menggunakan plastik oleh penyidik.
"Sempat ada penyidik masukin kresek ke muka saya," kata Pegi.
