Formasi hakim yang tidak lengkap menjadi faktor penyebab ditundanya sidang beragendakan pemeriksaan saksi ini.
Ketua Majelis Hakim, Dennie Arsan Fatrika, mengatakan, ada hakim yang cuti sehingga tak bisa hadir di persidangan.
Ia juga mengatakan pihaknya sudah mencoba mencari hakim lain untuk menggantikan hakim yang sedang cuti.
Namun, hakim pengganti tersebut pun tengah memimpin persidangan yang lainnya dan belum bisa dipastikan kapan akan berakhir, sehingga akhirnya persidangan tersebut pun ditunda.
