Insiden ini terjadi pada Minggu (2/6/2024) pagi, atau beberapa jam sebelum tersangka R menyerahkan diri ke polisi.
Hal ini diungkap oleh kakak I, suami R, berinisial M saat dikonfirmasi pada Senin (3/6/2024).
Menurut M, pelaku berjumlah dua orang yakni laki-laki dan perempuan langsung masuk ke dalam rumahnya secara kasar.
Keduanya mencari keberadaan R dan I yang ternyata tak berada di rumah.
Aksi mereka pun membuat adik M yang berada di rumah sendirian merasa ketakutan.
Keduanya melakukan pengancaman karena tak terima I dikenal luas sebagai pelaku pelecehan seksual terhadap sang anak.
Mereka juga sempat menduga I ikut terlibat dalam pembuatan video tak senonoh itu.
Kejadian ini kemudian dilaporkan ke pengurus RT setempat.
M juga menelepon I untuk segera pulang dan meminta untuk lapor ke polisi.
Setelah kembali ke rumah, R kemudian menyerahkan diri ke polisi.
