Dirdik Jampidsus Abdul Qohar dalam keterangan pada Rabu (26/2) malam mengatakan, dari hasil penyidikan, pihaknya tak menemukan apa yang diklaim Pertamina.
Dari hasil penyidikan ditemukan bahwa BBM yang dioplos kemudian dipasarkan dengan harga Pertamax.
Sebelumnya bantahan ini disampaikan oleh Pelaksana Tugas Harian (PTH) Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga Mars Ega Legowo Putra kepada Komisi IV DPR RI, Rabu (26/2).
