Im Mittelpunkt steht die Aussage jener Frau, die gemeinsam mit der Angeklagten den Leichnam von Fabian entdeckt haben soll. Bislang galt die Version, die beiden Spaziergängerinnen hätten den Toten zufällig an einem Tümpel in Klein Upahl gefunden. Doch frühere Zeugenaussagen werfen Zweifel an dieser Darstellung auf. Zwei Männer berichteten bereits vor Gericht, Gina H. schon am Vorabend zum Leichnam geführt zu haben. Nun richtet sich der Blick auf die Zeugin und die Frage, was am Fundtag tatsächlich geschah.
