Usut Kasus Vina Cirebon, Kapolri Minta Penyidik Pakai Metode Scientific Crime Investigation
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo meminta penyidik menggunakan metode scientific crime investigation dalam mengungkap kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon.Menurutnya, pembuktian awal dalam penanganan kasus Vina dan Eky tidak didukung dengan metode scientific crime investigation.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh Wakapolri Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto saat pidato di penutupan wisuda Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian, Kamis (20/6/2024).
"Pengungkapan kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky, pembuktian awal tidak didukung dengan scientific crime investigation sehingga timbul isu persepsi negatif. Terdakwa diintimidasi, korban salah tangkap dan penghapusan 2 dpo yang dianggap tidak profesional," ujar Wakapolri Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto.
Selain itu, Listyo memerintahkan jajarannya untuk menghindari pengambilan kesimpulan perkara yang teburu-buru dan penyidikan yang berlarut agar tidak menimbulkan masalah baru di kemudian hari.
