Circa 10 anni fa è entrato in questo modo: "Ho iniziato ad allenarmi nei parchi. Volevo andare in palestra, ma non avevo la disponibilità economica per farlo. Da lì sono arrivato a toccare livelli che credevo possibili solo come un sogno. Non avrei mai immaginato che realmente sarei riuscito a fare tutto questo". Davanti a sé ha un anno di duro lavoro, perché si è già classificato all'Olympia 2027. La sua vita da atleta professionista richiede disciplina, rigore, rinunce e sacrifici: "Quando diventa il tuo lavoro, tutta la giornata ruota intorno a quello. Attualmente io mi alleno circa cinque volte a settimana per non più di un'ora e mezza o due. Quindi in realtà è tutto quello che fai poi fuori dalla sala, che fa la differenza". Allenamento ma non solo. Ci sono l'alimentazione (senza sgarri), la genetica ha un suo ruolo: e in questo equilibrio rientrano anche i farmaci: "Quando si parla di IFBB Pro League, quindi gli show da professionista che ti portano all'Olympia, tutti li usano.
