Dari video berdurasi 41 detik yang beredar di media sosial, tampak momen di ruang perawatan RSUD Sekayu saat seorang dokter tengah memeriksa pasien.
Namun ia mendapat perlakuan tidak menyenangkan dari keluarga pasien.
Dalam video terlihat dokter mulanya menggunakan masker melakukan visit untuk melihat kondisi pasiden perempuan lansia yang dirawat dalam ruangan VIP.
Dokter itu bernama Syahpri Putra Wangsa, yang merupakan dokter konsultan di bidang nefrologi.
Namun keluarga pasien itu langsung emosi dan menyebut bahwa dokter tersebut bertele-tele untuk merawat ibunya.
"Ini dokter ini, ibu saya disuruh tunggu dahak. Tiap hari tunggu dahak, dikit-dikit tunggu dahak. Hasil rontgen, hasil rontgen, kita masuk sini biar pelayanan layak. Kita sewa ruang VIP ini untuk pelayanan. Pelayanan yang bagus, pelayanan yang layak. Bukan sekadar disuruh nunggu. Kalau disuruh nunggu kita bisa pakai BPJS. Kita nggak mau pakai BPJS, nggak mau dimain-mainkan seperti kamu ini, kamu paham ya? Kamu harus paham ya," ujar pria perekam video tersebut yang dilihat Kompas.com, Rabu (13/8/2025).
Dokter itu juga dicecar keluarga pasien yang merasa pelayanan yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan kamar VIP yang sudah disewa untuk perawatan.
Meski dalam kondisi dimaki-maki, dokter itu tetap tenang dan menjawab pertanyaan dari keluarga pasien.
Namun keluarga pasien kurang puas meski sudah mendapat jawaban dari dokter.
Ia kembali marah-marah karena menilai tak ada pelayanan perawatan yang cepat.
Sebab setiap harinya pasien hanya dilakukan pemeriksaan dahak dan hasil rontgen.
"Ini dokter karena saya sudah berapa tahun hidup orang ngecek TBC harus dari apa?" tanya pria tersebut. "Dahak," jawab dokter.
