72 saat mayalanmış pizza hamurundan yapılan panuozzo, San Marzano domatesiyle hazırlanan menemene banıyoruz. Ardından; 4 farklı yabancı peynir, nefis bir Frankfurter sosis ve özenle seçilmiş ürünlerden oluşan “Colazione” tabağının tadına bakıyoruz.
İkinci durakta, Bağdat Caddesi’nde yeni açılan ve şimdiden herkesin favorisi haline gelen dönerciye gidiyoruz.
%70 dana, %30 kuzu eti karışımıyla hazırlanan et döneri baget ekmek arasında deniyoruz.
Son durağımızda ise Caddebostan’dayız.
İtalyan lezzetleriyle dolu bu noktada; burrata ile başlıyor, pizza hamurundan yapılan zeytinyağlı, parmesanlı ve sarımsaklı ekmeklerle devam ediyoruz.
Ardından incecik ve çıtır hamuruyla öne çıkan, bol malzemeli mantarlı pizzayı deniyoruz.
Kapanışı ise klasik bir İtalyan tatlısı olan panna cotta ile yapıyoruz.
