„Es steht schlecht um die Demokratie in den USA“, sagt Bestseller-Autorin und Finanzexpertin Sandra Navidi, die in New York lebt und an der Wall Street ein- und ausgeht. Wie stehen die USA aktuell da? „Es mag für viele unglaublich erscheinen, aber wir sind schon in der Autokratie angekommen. Donald Trump regiert durch. Er hat schon 200 Dekrete erlassen, wie z.B. die Zölle oder Deportationen. Der Kongress setzt ihm keine Grenzen, CEOs wagen keine Kritik. Die Entwicklungen werden jeden Tag dramatischer”, sagt Sandra Navidi. Und droht ein Börsen- und Wirtschaftscrash? „Bisher war die US-Wirtschaft robust. Donald Trump hat wie auch in seiner ersten Amtszeit eine starke Wirtschaft geerbt. Auch weil die Wirkungen der Zölle mit Zeitverzug greifen, werden sich die Konsequenzen erst in den nächsten Monaten zeigen. Was wir jetzt schon sehen, sind Preissteigerungen im Alltag. Ich denke, dass der Markt überbewertet ist. Viele Institutionelle wie Warren Buffett sind aus dem Markt rausgegangen, weil sie Risiken und eine Korrektur am Horizont sehen. Und man darf nicht vergessen, dass sich der Tech-Sektor verselbständigt hat. Dass das ein großer Grund ist, warum der Markt so gut performt. Aber da gibt es ja auch Stimmen, die vor einer Blase warnen”, meint die Geschäftsführerin von BeyondGlobal.
