Prosegue la guerra di Giovanni Battista Maestri, il papà del piccolo Mattia, morto lo scorso 2 agosto dopo anni di coma. «Mi è stata dichiarata e non solo dal Caseificio di Coredo», dice l’uomo tornando a puntare il dito contro il caseificio da cui proveniva il formaggio contaminato da Escherichia coli mangiato dal figlio, per la cui morte ora si indaga per omicidio colposo. «Una guerra voluta dall’Apt val di Non e chi nelle istituzioni ha premiato il Caseificio di Coredo con un marchio di eccellenza, inaccettabile e offensivo verso la sofferenza di un bambino», prosegue l’uomo annunciando le prossime mosse. Mosse che, appunto, non riguardano solo il caseificio che ha prodotto il formaggio mangiato dal figlio. Maestri ha infatti anche annunciato una querela per frode in commercio relativa al Puzzone di Moena Dop, venduto - l'accusa di Maestri - ancora a latte crudo nonostante il cambio di disciplinare, ipotesi di reato per il quale ha sporto querela al Nas e in Procura.
