Sempat Mangkir, Polda Jabar Siap Hadiri Sidang Praperadilan Pegi Setiawan
KOMPAS.TV - Setelah absen dalam sidang praperadilan penetapan tersangka Pegi Setiawan, yang digelar di PN Bandung, pada 24 Juni Lalu, Polda Jabar memastikan akan hadir di jadwal sidang mendatang, pada Senin 1 Juli.Ibu Kandung Pegi Setiawan, Kartini, memastikan, akan menghadiri sidang pra-peradilan anaknya, pada 1 Juli 2024 mendatang.
Kartini berharap, Polda Jawa Barat segera membebaskan Pegi Setiawan, karena tidak ada bukti kuat.
Sementara itu, jaksa memberikan waktu tujuh hari bagi Penyidik Polda Jawa Barat, untuk melengkapi berkas pemeriksaan Pegi sebagai tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina.
Persidangan bakal jadi panggung adu kuat alat bukti, di mana pihak Pegi maupun Polda Jabar, telah menyiapkan amunisinya masing-masing.
