La sua testimonianza è disarmante nella sua onestà: "Mi piaceva più parlare male dell'altro, criticarlo, giudicarlo, piuttosto che andare a guardare cosa c'era dentro di me." Poi il cambio di prospettiva — dall'esterno verso l'interno — e la scoperta della meditazione come strumento di liberazione quotidiana.
