CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Saksi Kasus Vina yang juga Teman Eky, Liga Akbar menceritakan detik-detik dirinya mencari keberadaan Eky dan Vina setelah dirinya dikabari dirinya mengalami kecelakaan.Hal ini disampaikan Liga Akbar saat ditemui di Kantor Kuasa Hukumnya pada Rabu (19/5/2024)
Liga Akbar menceritakan saat kejadian dirinya berada di SMAN 4, dirinya kemudian mendapat kabar terkait musibah yang terjadi pada Vina dan Eky.
Liga Akbar lalu mendatangi rumah sakit Ciremai, namun setelah tidak menemukan temannya, Liga Akbar menuju RS Gunung Jati Cirebon.
Dirinya juga mengabari keluarga Eky dan Vina. Saat mengabari Ibu Eky, Liga Akbar mengatakan bahwa respons Ibu Eky seakan tak percaya.
Sementara itu terkait proses hukum, Kuasa Hukum Yudia Alamsyah menjelaskan bahwa hingga upaya perlindungan dari LPSK masih dalam proses. Yudia juga menjelaskan bahwa Komnas HAM juga telah bertemu dengan Liga Akbar dan menyusuri 4 TKP.
