Bahkan Boyamin mengancam akan menggugat KPK ke pengadilan apabila tidak segera memanggil Bobby Nasution dalam dua pekan.
Adapun salah satu alasan Boyamin meminta Bobby diperiksa, yakni karena Gubernur Sumatera Utara tersebut dekat dengan salah satu tersangka, Topan Obaja Putra Ginting.
Boyamin Saiman membeberkan empat alasan mengapa KPK wajib memeriksa Bobby Nasution, minimal sebagai saksi, dalam perkara dugaan korupsi proyek jalan di Sumatera Utara ini.
Boyamin menyebut bahwa dalam banyak kasus korupsi, jika kepala dinas sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka maka KPK juga akan meminta keterangan dari kepala daerah tempat dinas itu berada.
Dalam kasus ini, Kepala Dinas PUPR Sumatera Utara adalah bawahan langsung Gubernur Bobby Nasution.
