Lewat unggahan di TikTok-nya pada Senin (29/9/2025), ia meminta agar pembangunan dihentikan dan mengancam tidak akan membayar kontraktor.
"Kalau memang kualitasnya asal-asalan, ya sudah, hentikan. Jangan dibayar Kecuali Dibongkar ulang dan di Bangun ulang. Saya turunkan inspektorat ke lokasi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan," tutur Dedi.
Dedi menegaskan tidak boleh ada pembangunan yang jelek di Jabar, apalagi yang menggunakan dana pemerintah.
"Intinya, tidak boleh ada pembangunan jelek di Jawa Barat," pungkasnya.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Binzein telah melihat langsung kondisi proyek irigasi yang dimaksud.
Ia membenarkan bahwa proyek tersebut dikerjakan asal-asalan hingga mengundang protes dari warga setempat.
"Kualitasnya asal-asalan, dikerjakan hanya dipoles-poles," ucap Zein.
Dalam percakapan itu terungkap bahwa proyek bernilai Rp 1,8 miliar tersebut dimenangkan oleh CV Naral Jaya, perusahaan asal Garut.
