Cafe Mocha
– 2 tsp dutch processed cocoa powder
– 1 tsp brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon hot water
– Add everything into a bowl and whisk until combined
– We recommend brewing your espresso on top of the mocha sauce
– Steam your milk
– Add steamed milk to mocha and enjoy

Miso Caramel Cold Foam
– Miso Caramel:
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 1/4 cup water
– 3/4 cup cream
– 2 tablespoons miso paste
– Add sugar to pot then add water and turn burner onto medium heat - do not stir
– Simmer until syrup turns an amber color
– Gently heat up the cream in a seperate container so that it's warm but do not boil or cook it
– Turn heat down to low and slowly add in warmed cream
– Mixture will bubble so continue to whisk the entire time
– Whisk for about a minute
– Add in miso paste
– Whisk until combined and caramel is ready for us
– Cold Foam: Add 1-2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup cream and froth until doubled in size

Brown sugar cinnamon shaken espresso
– 2 tsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– ice
– espresso
– add everything to a shaker and shake vigorously for 1 minute
– Strain over ice (or don't strain) and add milk
