Il cuore del suo messaggio è chiaro: la prevenzione del disagio nasce dall’intelligenza emotiva, una rivoluzione silenziosa che prende forma nei gesti piccoli e costanti. Dalla consapevolezza che ci permette di dare un nome a ciò che sentiamo, all’empatia che ci insegna a stare accanto senza sostituirci. Dalla cura che traduce il sentire in azione concreta, fino alla gentilezza, forza sottile che tiene insieme le relazioni quando la vita tira forte.
È così che si riaccende la presenza, soprattutto con i più piccoli. Ed è così che cambiano le comunità: un ascolto alla volta!
“Esserci davvero, ascoltare con attenzione e avere cura” è una promessa che possiamo mantenere già da oggi, a casa, al lavoro… sull’autobus…

Psicologa e psicoterapeuta, accompagno individui, coppie e famiglie a riconoscere e trasformare il proprio dolore. Sono appassionata di intelligenza emotiva e relazioni autentiche. Credo che buone connessioni, con sé stessi e con gli altri, siano fondamentali per una vita equilibrata e presente. Il mio approccio è profondo ma concreto, centrato sulle risorse interne che ognuno può riscoprire.
