Mientras los hoteles vacíos reciben pipas de agua potable, los ciudadanos tienen que recoger agua de lluvia en cubos para poder bañarse.Otaola expone cómo la dictadura prioriza el turismo y los negocios del régimen, dejando al pueblo sin lo básico: sin agua, sin comida, sin respeto y sin dignidad. "Si tú no sientes que mereces más, el régimen seguirá tratándote como carne de cañón", afirma con fuerza.
Este video no solo muestra la crudeza del día a día del cubano de a pie, sino también la urgencia de romper con la resignación y despertar la indignación que conduce a la acción. La pregunta no es si lloverá hoy, sino cuándo lloverá la dignidad en Cuba.
